THEN V/S NOW!!!

It is strange that how we react normal to things now which matter to us,
It's peculiar how we handle that hard ache on heart alone,
It seems beautiful when we see how long we have come,
That now situation affect us least,
And acceptance hit us hard,
There were days when we cry in the corner,
Now taking a deep breath looking into the window and realizing this too shall pass,
We exist then also and now also,
The difference is that there we cry, we extract ourselves from people,
But now we smile, we nod, we move, and life happens.
We accept us then but, we love our self and pat our back now…
